How we handle your information
Short, in plain words, and written to what this site actually does. Effective September 10, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a message through the Contact page or request a quote from an instrument page, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number and company if you include them, your country, and your message. For a quote request we also record which instrument you asked about.
We do not create accounts for visitors and we do not ask for payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use your message to answer you, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of the conversation about an instrument. Messages are stored in a private inbox that only Welltech staff can open, and a copy is sent to our company email so we can reply quickly.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. If a shipment or a service arrangement requires a carrier or a partner to have your contact details, we share only what is needed for that purpose.
Cookies and logs
The public pages of this site do not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as the pages requested and the browser type) that we use to keep the site working and secure.
Staff who sign in to manage the catalog receive a sign-in cookie. Visitors do not.
Marketplace listings
Our instrument listings are also published on used-equipment marketplaces. Those listings contain product information only, never visitor information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will take care of it. We keep inquiries only as long as they are useful for the business relationship.
