This JASCO J-815 High-Throughput Circular Dichroism (HTCD / FDCD - Fluorescence) Measurement System can accommodate two 96- well plates (up to 192 samples) with protection at controlled temperature prior to measurement.
Measurements using predetermined parameters for automated spectral scanning and/or temperature ramping measurement can be made with a Peltier thermosstatted flow cell.
