Metrology - Thermo-Nicolet iS10 Variable Angle Wafer Analyzer

This Variable Angle Wafer Holder for Thermo ("VAWH") is designed for transmission studies of wafer and discs from normal incidence to 60°.

It is designed to accommodate round wafers that are 8", 6", 4" and 2" in diameter up to 2mm thick.

Key features

Materials in contact with the wafer: PTFE and PFA
Floor mounted for specified spectrometer (NI8 or N11)
Optional polarizer mount available.
To minimize the potential for spectral contamination, all materials in contact with the wafer are made from PTFE or PFA.
An optional polarizer mount and polarizer are available.
