This Shimadzu UV-3101PC UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer has equipped with specialized accessory(Specular Reflectance Attachment, 5° Incident Angle).
The technique of specular reflectance is often applied to the examination of semiconductors, optical materials, multiple layers, etc.
