This optional HPLC cell allows the CD spectrometer to be used as a chiral HPLC detector.
A CD chromatogram can be obtained at a fixed wavelength by setting the LCCD- 420 Flow cell attachment in the J-815 sample chamber, and then introducing an effluent from an external HPLC.
Applications
In addition, CD spectrum measurement is possible by stopping HPLC pump flow at each peak top.
