Description
The unique design feature of this Foss 6500 NIR is the sample spinning module that is equipped with a reflectance detector(400- 2500nm).
Non-destructive measurements are performed directly on unmodified samples without any sample preparation.

- This enhanced Foss 6500 NIR permits data collection in 400-2500 nm region. Spectral Resolution: 20cm-1, Reflectance Mode/32 scans from the sample over 50 sec.
